Migration\Solution Tech Lead

• 2+ years in technical leadership roles delivering enterprise application migrations or transformations
• Expertise in UiPath development, integrations, and AI-enabled automation
• Experience leading technical design for contract lifecycle management, procurement, or access-governance solutions
• Skills in designing integrations with platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP
• Proficiency in identity systems, authentication, authorization, and data mapping for enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of security, controls, and auditability standards in large-scale transformation programs
• Understanding of migration planning including sequencing, prerequisites, validation, and rollback
• Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint planning in agile environments
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies with architects, analysts, testers, managers, and security teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Lead the technical delivery and migration approach for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard
• Translate program architecture into practical solution designs
• Ensure designs follow shared standards for UiPath development, integrations, data, security, AI capabilities, and auditability
• Assess existing solutions, workflows, documentation, and components before incorporation
• Identify technical debt, design gaps, security concerns, and limitations
• Define migration sequence, technical prerequisites, transition checkpoints, validation, and rollback considerations
• Lead technical design of workflows and features for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard
• Design integration approaches for Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, SAP, identity systems, and other platforms
• Coordinate migration dependencies with system owners, platform teams, security teams, and third-party suppliers
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical designs and engineering tasks
• Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency sequencing, and readiness assessment
