Tech Lead / Solution Architect

• Senior experience designing architecture for headless CMS and JAMstack solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with architectural decision-making experience.
• Practical experience with Sanity and other headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Contentstack, or Strapi.
• Familiarity with Sanity Content Lake and Sanity Studio.
• Experience designing scalable content models for multisite and multi-brand setups.
• Experience leading CMS migration from traditional to headless architecture.
• Ability to plan content migration strategy and data model architecture.
• Experience integrating CMS with external systems and services.
• Technical leadership skills including supervising quality and conducting code review.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development / agentic coding and validating AI-generated code.
• Ability to make and justify key architectural decisions and analyze trade-offs.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and collaborating with client architects and stakeholders.
• Very good command of English at C1+ level for workshops, presentations, and key meetings.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Drupal and JSON:API, especially in the context of migrating from Drupal.
• Experience with Vercel in enterprise production environments.
• Experience leading large CMS migration projects in enterprise or regulated sectors like fintech.
• Experience deciding on Sanity datasets architecture (shared vs. per-brand).
• Experience managing projects covering multiple brands, sites, or markets on a unified CMS platform.

• Design and develop the target CMS architecture based on Sanity, Next.js, and Vercel.
• Design scalable content and data models for multisite and multi-brand environments.
• Develop migration strategies from the existing CMS to a headless architecture.
• Make key decisions on content structure, component schemas, and organization.
• Provide technical supervision of the migration program ensuring architectural consistency.
• Define technical standards and oversee code quality via regular code reviews.
• Organize and conduct agent-assisted delivery and verify AI-assisted coding outputs.
• Collaborate with Sanity teams and client architects to evolve the solution.
• Prepare architectural recommendations and lead critical decision gateways.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.
• Ensure implemented solutions are scalable, maintainable, and architecturally aligned.
