Senior Product Engineer – Agentic AI (Python/React)

DNA Technology is a fast-growing AI product company developing an AI-powered tax platform used by hundreds of US accounting firms to prepare and review taxes, focusing on accuracy, transparency, and human judgement.

• Senior-level commercial experience (minimum 5 years) building fullstack applications with React and Python.
• Strong product mindset focusing on user problems and outcomes.
• Proven ability for end-to-end ownership from unclear needs to production solutions.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Pragmatic engineering approach balancing quality, speed, and business impact.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure.
• Availability to work afternoon hours (e.g., 12-20) and on-call 1-2 times weekly due to US client cooperation.

• Build and maintain fullstack features across AI-powered tax preparation, planning, and review products.
• Design and implement React interfaces, TypeScript APIs, and Python backend services.
• Take ownership of features from problem discovery through implementation, release, and iteration.
• Work with real usage data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.
• Make product and technical decisions autonomously.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, product, and domain experts.
• Communicate with customer-facing teams and incorporate real user feedback.
• Maintain clean, typed, and performant codebase.
• Balance additional polish with rapid shipping and learning.
