QA Automation Engineer (m/k)

The company supports client management in areas such as customer service, marketing, sales (CRM), B2B/self-care portals, and partner and sales network management (PRM). It has completed over 300 projects in 47 countries and holds multiple Microsoft gold competencies and awards.

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience including automation.
• Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Good knowledge of JUnit or TestNG.
• Familiarity with automation design patterns, especially Page Object Model.
• Experience automating functional and regression tests for web applications.
• Experience testing REST API.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to verify data directly in databases.
• Practical experience with Git.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Ability to analyze logs, test results, and identify problem sources.
• Ability to plan work independently and make decisions on automation scope and methods.
• Knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar environments.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Experience testing CRM, ERP, or other complex business applications.
• Knowledge of Cucumber / Gherkin and BDD approach.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with test reporting tools like Allure.
• Experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization basics.
• Experience with other test automation tools.
• Knowledge of scalable test framework architecture and best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated web application tests using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Design and develop test automation architecture and frameworks.
• Analyze business and functional requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Define automation scope and identify processes for maximum automation value.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Test integrations between systems and REST API services.
• Prepare and maintain test data ensuring repeatability and test stability.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD processes and monitor results.
• Analyze failed tests, logs, and pipeline results to identify problem sources.
• Collaborate with developers in bug analysis and verification of fixes.
• Design and develop test result reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain code quality, readability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
• Perform code reviews and share best practices with team members.
• Support the team in building a quality-first culture.
• Participate in requirements analysis and designing testable solutions.
• Identify quality risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with an agile project team including developers, business analysts, and consultants.
• Co-create and maintain test and technical documentation.
• Develop knowledge in test automation, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
