Mechanistry is a Polish indie game studio developing Timberborn, a successful city-building game with a positive player community reception. The company is expanding its team to continue developing this title and future projects.

• 6+ years of professional programming experience focusing on C#
• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals
• Deep understanding of core data structures and appropriate use cases
• Deep understanding of memory management and performance considerations
• Hands-on experience with multithreaded programming
• Basic proficiency in Polish and English

Bonus points:

• Experience with programming languages other than C# and non-gaming software
• Experience with shader programming
• Experience with Unity
