AI Dev Coach

Transition Technologies PSC is the hiring company located in Warszawa, specializing in AI coaching within software engineering and DevOps teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in technical roles such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to lead training, workshops, and coaching for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem including LLMs, AI-assisted coding, content generation, agentic workflows, and automation.
• Experience designing prompts, AI workflows, agents, and reusable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Capability to evaluate AI tools and platforms considering quality, cost, risks, security, and regulations.
• Analytical skills to identify and prioritize AI use cases delivering business value.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in large enterprises, preferably regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
• Experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation across multiple teams or units.
• Knowledge of AI application architectures and frameworks like RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience developing internal standards, best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of FinOps principles and AI-related cost optimization.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud.
• Public speaking, community leadership, conference presentations, or internal technical evangelism.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, AI, or software engineering.

AI Adoption & Enablement:

• Lead AI adoption initiatives across software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, office hours, and hands-on coaching to improve AI-powered development tool usage.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders in GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI-assisted development technologies.
• Promote AI literacy and integration into daily workflows.

AI-Powered SDLC Transformation:

• Drive AI solution implementation throughout the SDLC, from requirements to operations.
• Assess team needs and identify high-value AI use cases.
• Define standards, usage guidelines, and governance for responsible AI use.
• Support scaling AI initiatives across teams and delivery organizations.

Measurement & Value Realization:

• Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and metrics related to AI adoption and productivity.
• Measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Produce executive reports and insights on AI adoption progress and value realization.
