Product Designer

Merixstudio is a company based in Poznań offering digital product design services focused on UX/UI. The role involves working on clients' digital products across the entire design lifecycle.

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Understanding of business objectives and aligning UX efforts accordingly.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, problem-solving, and able to bring fresh ideas.
• Experience using AI tools in design processes.
• Familiarity with Figma and Mural.

Nice to have:

• Experience in user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of HotJar and Maze.
• Experience collaborating with sales and business teams to advocate UX.
• Experience designing for IoT products and interfaces for connected devices or hardware control apps.

• Take projects from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs.
• Create intuitive and easy-to-use designs ensuring design excellence.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, copy drafting, concept exploration, and prototyping.
• Utilize component libraries and design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in design workshops and discovery sessions.
• Present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales and delivery teams to align UX strategy with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging UX/UI trends.
