Architect

Cognizant Technology Solutions is a global technology partner supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the financial services sector.

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Angular 18+
• Solid understanding of REST API, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and software architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience influencing technical strategy beyond a single team
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Located in Poland

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevSecOps and Platform Engineering
• Experience defining testing strategies
• Experience with architecture documentation frameworks (C4, arc42)
• Knowledge of React Native

• Define and drive technical direction across multiple international teams and strategic initiatives
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Java and Angular
• Lead architecture discussions and establish engineering standards
• Support platform modernization and cross-team integration efforts
• Act as a trusted advisor for technical decisions and roadmap planning

Agile Experience:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to work effectively in complex, international projects
