Middle Frontend Developer

We are a team working with US clients from the high-end American IT market, building solutions for startups in their early stages (MVPs) as well as established products and companies in diverse industries including FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech.

• 2+ years of experience with React, building complex dashboards or custom solutions.
• Experience with React-based frameworks (like Next or Tanstack Start), TypeScript, and Docker containers.
• Experience using and configuring Webpack, Babel, or similar tools.
• Experience testing React applications.
• Knowledge of working with REST APIs using modern tools (e.g., React Query).
• Good understanding of modern JavaScript, its pros and cons, and following best practices.
• Practical experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Zed, or similar), including reviewing AI work critically, improving workflows, and exploring use cases.
• English level B2 for cooperation with American clients.
• Polish level C1 for team communication.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and clear, constructive communication.

• Write clean and understandable code following best practices.
• Understand the business domain of a product.
• Contribute to product design improvements from a technical perspective and discuss implementation details.
• Actively participate in project discussions and propose solutions.
• Attend client meetings, listen to client needs, and propose solutions after team consultation.
• Share insights with the team, diagnose issues, and focus on solutions.
• Support other developers by sharing knowledge and suggesting better solutions.
• Peer code review.
