The role focuses on providing IT support and maintaining daily IT infrastructure operations to ensure smooth functioning within the studio.
Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or ServiceDesk.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network administration and proficiency with diagnostic and remote support tools.
- Experience with ITSM systems and support ticket management.
- Experience with user and access management in Active Directory; familiarity with Entra is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach.
- Ability to collaborate with IT teams and escalate issues.
- Experience supporting or training less experienced team members.
Obowiązki
- Manage user accounts including creation, configuration, mailing group administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Handle recurring service requests and routine system operations such as network drives, print services, and MDM.
- Perform user and access management across core platforms.
- Provide IT support through all available support channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware issues.
- Build and test custom workstations and specialized hardware setups.
- Maintain and manage a legacy-spec test lab used by QA teams.
- Provide first-level support for security incidents including basic phishing analysis.
- Verify software licensing and support IT asset management processes.
- Provide IT support during company-wide events.
- Act as a dedicated IT Buddy for development teams, supporting daily IT needs.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members and contribute to technical documentation and onboarding materials.
