Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience in commercial projects
- Proficiency in C# and deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Result-oriented mindset with ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI coding assistant tools
- Experience with Network, Cloud, or Data Deduplication Storage systems
Obowiązki
- Design, implement, and maintain features for a large-scale backup and restore platform focused on unstructured data protection
- Develop reliable and high-performance backend services using C# and .NET
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver customer value
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
