Wymagania
- Secondary technical or higher education in computer science, telecommunications, cyber security
- 0–2 years experience in IT Service Desk, IT Administration, SOC, or Cybersecurity
- English language proficiency minimum B1 for reading technical documentation and analyzing alerts
- Availability to participate in duty shifts and handle requests outside standard hours according to the team's schedule
- Soft skills: responsibility, independence, communication, confidentiality, and adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements
Obowiązki
- Monitor and handle security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, and other security tools
- Perform initial analysis and classification of security events and incidents
- Handle ticketing system and departmental mailbox, including registration, categorization, escalation, and tracking
- Execute operational tasks related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems and analyze policy violations
- Collaborate with IT teams, business owners, and security team members regarding incident handling and requests
- Participate in operational duty shifts per the team's schedule
