Middle Frontend Developer

MasterBorn is a company working with US clients from diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and others. Their tech stack is built around React, Node.js, and TypeScript. They engage with startups at early stages (MVPs) as well as established products and companies, offering diverse and innovative project challenges.

• 2+ years of experience with React, building complex dashboards or custom solutions
• Experience with React-based frameworks such as Next.js and Tanstack Start, TypeScript, and Docker Containers
• Familiarity with configuring tools like Webpack and Babel
• Experience in testing React applications
• Skilled in working with REST APIs using modern tools like React Query
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and best practices
• Practical experience with AI tools for reviewing and improving workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Zed)
• English proficiency at B2 level for client cooperation
• Polish proficiency at C1 level for team communication

• Interest in exploring new frontend libraries and tools
• Interest in AI SDLC practices, agent-assisted development, and agents orchestration
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, open-source contributions
• Understanding of MVP concepts and priorities

• Write clean and understandable code following best practices

• Participate actively in project discussions and propose solutions
