CT Engineering - Software Engineering

• Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more of: C#, Java, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years of applied experience.
• Significant relevant experience in internal or external software or platform engineering roles.
• Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions, providing technical advice and handling user requirements.
• CI/CD delivery experience using code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub, ADO.
• Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, or question answering.
• Knowledge of embedding models and their application in NLP tasks like similarity matching, clustering, and information retrieval.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems combining AI models with external tools for autonomous decision-making.
• Ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents, including metrics, A/B testing, and benchmarking.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft, Google, or AWS certificates.
• Experience with delivery using modern methodologies.
• Proven experience building applications using container-orchestration systems like Kubernetes and container engines like Docker.

• Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for large or complex projects.
• Take accountability for design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure.
• Drive compliance with, and contribute to, the development of relevant standards.
• Fully understand business and user requirements to ensure design specifications meet these requirements.
• Solve complex and escalated project aspects including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to enhance efficiency, reliability, and value of current solutions and emerging technologies.
• Show technical leadership and identify and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Develop strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provide leadership for the work group, ensuring appropriate structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place for project delivery.
• Drive consistency in processes, procedures, standards, and technical design while supporting technology standard maintenance and implementation.
