Wymagania
- Over 5 years of experience in integration or back-end engineering and scalable enterprise solutions
- Strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite, Apache Camel, or comparable platforms
- Experience with Apigee, Azure API Management, Kong, Gravitee, and event technologies such as Kafka, Confluent, or Service Bus
- Experience integrating AI-powered applications, copilots, or autonomous agents; knowledge of MCP, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and AI integration patterns is a strong advantage
- Experience building or operating integration platforms on Kubernetes; familiarity with Terraform, GitOps, Internal Developer Platforms, and platform automation
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, CI/CD, containers, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Excellent English skills and ability to lead technical discussions; German is a plus
- Commitment to advancing the Integration & API Center of Excellence through cloud-native integration, Platform Engineering, AI-powered automation, and next-generation Agentic Integration capabilities

- Design and implement complex APIs, integration services, and event-driven solutions
- Lead delivery across cloud, SaaS, legacy, and partner integrations
- Define reusable patterns for orchestration, transformation, resilience, and error handling
- Drive API lifecycle practices covering security, versioning, testing, and observability
- Design AI-enabled integrations and agent-driven automation workflows
- Support integration platforms running on Kubernetes with Infrastructure as Code
- Mentor engineers through reviews, workshops, and communities
