UI Developer

Devire is an international company specializing in recruitment, outsourcing and employer branding services operating in the banking sector.

• 5-10 years of experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building component libraries, design systems, or large-scale UIs.
• Good understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and frontend testing.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS, Sass, or modern styling architectures.
• Experience working in large codebases or monorepos.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and improve AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Build and maintain reusable, production-ready React components.
• Improve component APIs, theming, styling, tooling, and developer experience.
• Diagnose and fix issues across the component library and build system.
• Write and maintain automated tests with React Testing Library and Cypress.
• Ensure components meet accessibility, performance, and design system standards.
• Use Claude Code and similar AI coding agents as part of daily development.
• Design and improve UI-focused AI agent skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Collaborate with design, platform, and engineering teams.
