Senior Software Architect – Enterprise Architecture & Data Curation

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Capability Architecture, or Data Architecture.
• Proven ability to model complex technology landscapes and establish consistent definitions, classifications, and relationships.
• Solid understanding of data platforms, metadata management, data governance, Data Mesh, and data products.
• Experience with reference architectures, architecture repositories, technical catalogues, or architecture knowledge bases.
• Ability to improve quality, consistency, and discoverability of technical information.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and reusable platform services.
• Hands-on experience with scripting, APIs, and AI-assisted automation.
• Experience validating automated or AI-generated outputs for quality and traceability.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently deliver practical results.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to build shared understanding across technical teams.
• Confidence working with architects, platform specialists, engineers, and other technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English.

• Curate technical capabilities and RAF content, including reviewing and improving capability definitions, classifications, and relationships.
• Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps, and inconsistent terminology across architecture information.
• Maintain clear relationships between technical capabilities, platform services, and technologies.
• Collaborate with platform teams, especially the data platform team, to represent their architecture within RAF.
• Apply a shared vocabulary and consistent modelling approach across architecture content.
• Support enterprise reuse initiatives by aligning platform and service descriptions and connecting dependency and usage information.
• Make existing capabilities, reusable services, and reuse opportunities easier to discover.
• Build reusable scripts and AI-assisted workflows to collect, reconcile, validate, and maintain architecture information.
• Ensure traceability, validation, and access controls in automated architecture information management.
• Transform recurring architecture and API integration questions into reference patterns, cookbooks, practical guidance, and automated checks.
• Support consistent, self-service adoption of enterprise architecture standards.
• Deliver curated capability catalogues, platform-to-capability mappings, reference architecture models, validated dependency information, and reusable curation tools.
