Fund Order Services Project Team Manager, Vice President

• Degree in economic or business sciences.
• Over 10 years of experience within financial services or technical business analyst roles.
• Technically confident; power user of Excel.

• Manage a global project team responsible for designing and implementing a new global operating model including client onboarding, business migrations, testing, and vendor oversight.
• Manage, allocate, and prioritize project team resources according to project and client priorities.
• Understand existing Fund Order Services infrastructure and transform it into a highly automated future state model.
• Drive adoption of new technologies across Fund Order Services.
• Drive operational change and ensure successful client implementations with documented procedures and controls.
• Conduct detailed front-to-back analysis of trading and settlement workflows for investment funds.
• Deliver detailed technical documentation, project plans, business requirements, workflow diagrams, and system message mappings.
• Ensure effective and robust testing of new functionalities with documentation.
• Provide end-to-end support for business and system processes.
• Identify root causes of issues, highlight trends, and facilitate resolution actions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Provide coaching and development to staff.
• Make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses.
• Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving technical environment.
• Build relationships across multiple functional groups.
• Act as an escalation point and manage stakeholder communications across business units and vendors.
• Support additional projects or tasks as assigned.

The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week working from the office in Krakow, Poland. The minimum salary quoted applies to the primary location; salaries may vary if working outside this location.
