Project Manager (ICT / Power Platform & ServiceNow)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions across IT, Transport, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal sectors. The company operates internationally with a base in Poland.

• At least one successfully completed medium or large ICT project as a Project Manager.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile.
• Deep understanding of IT technologies and ability to translate them into real business needs.
• Experience managing teams with Azure DevOps or ServiceNow SPM tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to changing environments and proactive process improvement.
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint (2019, Subscription Edition, Online), Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experience with ServiceNow solutions and modules such as Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Customer Service Management in on-premise and cloud models.
• Good knowledge of functional and security requirements in Cyber Security and personal data privacy.

• Cybersecurity knowledge.

• Manage the full project lifecycle of ICT projects from initiation to deployment and closure in accordance with Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Manage teams using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow SPM Agile boards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with teams, managers, and suppliers.
• Create project documentation and presentations.
• Monitor cybersecurity and data protection requirements (GDPR / Privacy).
