Continuity of Business Testing Coordinator

• 3–5+ years of experience
• Subject matter expertise in at least one security and/or COB technology or Enterprise Resilience discipline
• Basic knowledge of Business Continuity principles, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze and review large data volumes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to lead without authority and coordinate virtual teams and remote staff
• Ability to manage challenging and conflict situations
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and work under fixed deadlines
• Project management skills
• Understanding of Infrastructure and Data Center/Tech Room organization and processes
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

• General appreciation of technical environment (Infrastructure, Data Center organization, Mainframe)
• Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies
• Experience in Business Continuity
• Understanding of Application or Infrastructure Development environments including cloud, mainframe, or robotics
• Membership in Business Continuity Institute or DRII

• Coordination of application teams in test planning and execution for DOS Testing events
• Planning and execution for Data Center and Tech Room Site DOS Tests, Quarterly and Stand-Alone DOS Tests, EUC Testing, Production Swing Testing
• Ensuring major deliverables are met on time, clarifying objectives, handling testing queries, and providing Fusion support
• Communication with stakeholders to share information professionally and timely
• Supporting Business Coordinator in Lead BRCs Test Planning meetings and providing guidance
• Collaboration with Business Coordinator and Business Functionality Testers to validate test results
• Performing postmortem reviews with Application Teams for failures and ensuring proper categorization
• Providing guidance on technical recovery and testing capabilities
• Contributing to continual improvements of the DOS Testing Framework
