Senior GL & SAP S/4Hana Finance Specialist

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting with focus on General Ledger
• Strong practical knowledge of GL processes in large international organizations
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance with experience in implementation or transformation projects
• Experience working with SAP from business/financial perspective, not only technical
• Experience in financial data migration and balance reconciliation post migration
• Experience testing processes and transactions in SAP
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and independently identify causes
• Experience collaborating with international teams
• Very good proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in full or partial SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in SAP migration, rollout, or transformation projects
• Knowledge of AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Closing, and Intercompany processes
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes

• Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA focusing on General Ledger from business and process perspectives
• Verify and configure financial processes within the system from the business side
• Validate the correctness of GL process operations in SAP S/4HANA
• Reconcile and control accounting balances and verify data correctness post-migration
• Identify and explain discrepancies between source systems and SAP S/4HANA
• Prepare and execute tests of financial processes and transactions, report anomalies
• Collaborate with Finance, SAP, IT teams, and local business teams internationally
• Verify that SAP solutions support required business processes and financial standards
• Independently manage assigned project areas
• Engage in a 3–6 month international project with possibility of extension, working remotely in a B2B/UZ model
