Wymagania

At least 5 years experience in the Telecommunications industry or professional services as a Product Manager / Product Owner, ideally for eSIM profiles definition
Experience in security solutions and managing SIM cards is desired
Proven RSP tender participation for MNOs
Strong problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and marketing
Ability to interface with customers and work independently in a fast-paced environment
BS in Computer Science or related technical degree
Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written skills), other languages a plus

Analyze and document project requirements by connecting with stakeholders
Define and update the project backlog, including acceptance criteria
Define project development strategy including roadmap, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and documentation
Lead progress of projects against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory constraints
Conduct risk analysis and monitor mitigation plans
Provide vision and direction to technical teams and internal/external stakeholders
Propose ways to optimize deliveries proactively
Ensure proper communication and reporting to all stakeholders
Own quality, cost, and timeline of full project
Support business teams in offers preparation, demonstrations, and product presentations
Elaborate, manage, and execute development plans for high complexity products
Negotiate and convince stakeholders autonomously
Mentor less experienced Product Owners
