RPG Developers

The role is within a manufacturer company engaging in a transformational IT project to roll out an AS/400-based ERP solution across multiple factories in Europe.

• Proficiency in ILE-RPG and RPG free.
• Experience with microservices and JSON.
• Familiarity with Vscode editor.
• Extensive development experience on AS/400.
• Background in business systems, preferably within production companies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of IBM i/OS400 operating systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with modern development tools.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

• Further develop, debug, and support the Pack2000 ERP system and related applications.
• Adapt existing functionality and ensure proper testing and deployment.
• Document processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work on modernization efforts including classic 5250 screens, web-based user interfaces, micro-services, and Java programs.
• Provide professional support to a diverse user base.

Candidates must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. The role involves international collaboration and requires working onsite in Warsaw for a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
