Senior Business Analyst (k/m) [110-130 zł/h + VAT B2B]

Unit Application Development in Deviniti focuses on creating, developing, and maintaining custom projects for clients worldwide, specializing in mobile and web applications. The team works mainly on diverse projects for a longstanding client from the leasing industry. The team consists of 15 people including mid and senior Developers, an Analyst, an Architect, and a Team Manager, supported by UX/UI Designers when needed. Agile methodologies are mainly used, with focus on code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and pair programming.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT analysis projects.
• Experience working with clients in needs identification, requirements gathering, and proposing solutions.
• Proficiency in business and system analysis.
• Ability in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and project documentation creation.
• Experience collaborating with development teams.
• Knowledge of API, system integration, and data mapping.
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to assess requirements feasibility and collaborate with technical teams on solution selection.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI usage in analytical processes.
• Good English language skills with minimum B2 level.
