Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
- Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks such as BABOK, advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling including BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects including classic web/backend delivery and automation
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, foundational architectures like LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation
Obowiązki
- Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects by eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into functional specifications
- Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders including up to C-level executives, facilitating workshops and managing priorities
- Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven) aligned with business goals
- Drive use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for advanced intelligent solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Proactively expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through advanced training and professional certifications
