Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting
• Mastery of BA frameworks such as BABOK and modeling techniques including BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across projects from web/backend to automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2+
• Structured, data-driven strategic mindset for complex enterprise challenges
• Experience or knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

• UiPath foundational certifications or hands-on experience
• Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools
• Interest in AI trends, tools, and development methodologies

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders and facilitate workshops
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven)
• Drive use case discovery for advanced intelligent solutions including GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies via training and certifications
