Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• 3+ years experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting
• Deep knowledge of BA frameworks (e.g. BABOK), elicitation, traceability, and modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects from web/backend to automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges
• Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

• UiPath foundational certifications or hands-on experience
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma
• Active interest in AI trends and modern development methodologies

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders, including C-level executives, facilitating workshops and managing priorities
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows involving human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for intelligent solutions like GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Continuously expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and certifications
