Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in global, agile IT services or consulting
• Expertise in BA frameworks including BABOK, advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling with BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects from web/backend delivery to automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2+ level
• Structured, data-driven approach for solving complex enterprise challenges under ambiguity
• Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of Generative AI and architectures like LLMs, RAG, system prompt engineering, AI validation

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting and prioritizing business needs into functional specifications
• Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders including C-level, facilitating workshops and managing priorities
• Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows including human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for advanced intelligent solutions such as GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and professional certifications
