Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Deep expertise in BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), elicitation, traceability, and modeling using BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects including web/backend delivery and automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English proficiency at B2+ level
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges with high ambiguity
• Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI and foundational architectures including LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders, including C-level executives, facilitating workshops and managing priorities
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows involving human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for advanced intelligent solutions such as GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and professional certifications
