Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in global, agile IT services or consulting
• Expert knowledge of BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), elicitation, traceability, and modeling (BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2+ level
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges
• Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI and foundational architectures including LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

• UiPath foundational certifications or hands-on experience
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma
• Active interest in new AI trends, emerging tools, and modern development methodologies

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into functional specifications
• Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders, including facilitating workshops and managing priorities
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows involving human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for intelligent automation solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Continuously expand expertise in emerging AI technologies via advanced training and professional certifications
