Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists to develop their careers on a B2B model. They offer projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client for this role is an innovative technology company in the electromobility sector (eMobility / energy / infrastructure) focused on creating simpler, faster, and more accessible solutions for electric mobility.

• Senior experience implementing and leading projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Deep knowledge of ERP processes in finance and/or operations.
• Experience in functional design, configuration, and customization of system modules.
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation of business workshops.
• Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Asset Management module.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience in dynamic or technology sectors (e.g., eMobility, energy, infrastructure).

• Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from requirements gathering through implementation to go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct business process analyses and workshops with stakeholders (finance, operations, sales).
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Reporting).
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and extension development.
• Advise business stakeholders on ERP best practices and Dynamics system usage.
• Support testing phases including UAT and coordinate user training activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, coaching, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test plans.
