Lead AI Architect

Holisticon Insight is a data-focused technology and consulting company, part of the Nexer Group. • Hands-on architect with experience in production LLM-based systems focusing on retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and human review.
• Familiarity with agent runtimes and tool protocols at the implementation level.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC and CI/CD, including how agent automation affects them.
• Fluent English, capable of leading technical sessions with experienced engineers.
• Comfortable working in a scope that is still being defined.

Nice to have:

• Experience with C, embedded, or safety-critical development.
• Familiarity with testing long-lived systems including differential testing, simulation, regression suites, test evidence.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, semantic search, and searchable document collections.
• Experience with self-hosted and local model deployment.
• Familiarity with Databricks, governance, and access control over data.
• Awareness of EU AI Act and Cyber Resilience Act.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-heavy R&D environments.

• Design and deliver agentic engineering workflows integrated into the client's existing SDLC and CI/CD tools.
• Design the retrieval and memory layer over engineering artefacts to enable traceability to source documents and revisions.
• Define validation methods for AI-generated output, including baselines, comparisons to production systems, and test satisfaction detection.
• Write classification and access rules enforced externally, incorporating human decision points.
• Participate in technical assessment workshops, pilot selection, and programme reporting measures.
