Senior Business Analyst (k/m)

Deviniti is a company based in Wrocław working on diverse projects for a longstanding client in the leasing industry. The team includes Fullstack Developers, IT Architect, Team Manager, Business Analyst, and UX/UI Designers. The Application Development unit specializes in creating, developing, and maintaining custom mobile and web applications for global clients.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project analysis.
• Experience working with clients in needs detection, requirement gathering, and solution proposing.
• Proficiency in business and system analysis.
• Skills in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and project documentation creation.
• Experience collaborating with development teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integration, and data mapping.
• Experience working in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to assess requirement feasibility and collaborate with technical teams on solution selection.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI application in analytical processes.
• Good command of English at minimum B2 level.

• Ability to prepare system architecture proposals (high-level design).
• Experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and expectation management with stakeholders.
• Interest in current IT technologies and market trends.
• Skills in prioritization and efficient time management.

• Understand client needs and translate them into concrete business and system requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Assess feasibility of requirements with the technical team and seek alternative solutions when needed.
• Prepare analyses, model processes (using UML, BPMN), and maintain business and system documentation.
• Design and document integration solutions, including APIs, data mapping, and system workflows.
• Collaborate with the development team during requirement implementation and refinement.
• Lead analytical topics independently, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions addressing client business needs.
• Utilize AI tools to support analytical work, including vibe-coding and rapid prototyping for demonstrations.
