Experienced Azure Platform Specialist

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry. The role is within Arla's Global Shared Services based in Gdańsk, which includes IT services, SAP solutions, app development projects, procurement, finance, and HR operations supporting global supply of Arla products.

• 4-8 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security, and monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Databricks regarding workspace, cluster, job, security, and performance.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and environment governance.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Experience with enterprise integrations such as PLM, ERP, PIM systems, event-driven architecture, or data platform solutions is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Databricks, DevOps, networking, or Terraform are an advantage.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates is a plus.

• Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking components, and Azure Databricks environments supporting PLM integrations and data flows.
• Support Azure networking and infrastructure operations including connectivity, access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, environment management, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates (optional, advantageous).

This role requires being in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
