QA Engineer

• Experience working with test automation tools such as TypeScript and Playwright.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Active use of AI tools in QA work (e.g., test case and test data generation, automation code assistance, requirement analysis, automation of repetitive tasks) with examples of measurable speedup.
• Ability to introduce AI-driven improvements into QA workflows and share effective practices with the team.
• Confidence communicating in English and Polish and working directly with clients.
• Solid understanding of testing processes, quality standards, and good engineering practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify inconsistencies, and proactively address risks.
• Ownership and independent decision-making capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and passion for finding edge cases and hidden issues.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile automation using Appium or similar tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic testing approaches (e.g., MCP-based tools, AI agents in test workflows).
• Curiosity or experience with testing AI-based systems (e.g., evaluating model responses, creating datasets, working with prompts).
• Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.

• Taking full ownership of QA processes in the project, from planning to execution and improvement.
• Introducing and developing AI-supported practices across the QA process, including test generation, requirement analysis, test data preparation, reporting, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Analyzing requirements early to identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities.
• Designing and maintaining automated test suites (E2E, regression, integration).
• Testing features across web and mobile platforms at every stage of development.
• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with team and clients.
• Identifying UX issues, quality risks, and opportunities to improve processes by helping solve problems beyond reporting bugs.
• Sharing knowledge about effective AI use in QA and helping the team adopt it.
