Senior IT Analyst

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House part of the Orange Group, founded in 2002, with over 1000 engineers proficient in more than 200 technologies. The company operates in Warsaw, Kraków, and Katowice with a hybrid work model, meeting six times a month in the office. The project involves developing advanced calculators for reserves and capital adequacy, reporting systems, and risk parameters, integrating Big Data processing with relational databases.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, particularly in Oracle Database environments.
• Ability to analyze data models and design database structure changes (ERD diagrams, tools like SQL Developer Data Modeler).
• Practical skills in analyzing and processing large data volumes, modeling data flows, and designing ingestions and source-to-target mappings.
• Knowledge of Big Data and analytical technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, Python, and data warehouses.
• Understanding of integration standards and data exchange formats: REST API, JSON, XML, and familiarity with Git.
• Experience modeling processes and requirements using UML, BPMN notations and writing User Stories (with tools like Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence).
• High independence, proactivity, and excellent communication skills in interactions with business and technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial and banking sector analyzing data related to Risk (capital adequacy, reserves, risk parameters).
• Knowledge of orchestration and containerization tools: Apache Airflow, Docker, OpenShift.

• Conduct business and system requirements analysis and translate them into technical solutions.
• Independently analyze data sources and design data inflows and flows between systems.
• Prepare comprehensive analytical documentation and specifications for developers (data models, flow diagrams, business transformation rules, source-to-target mappings).
• Verify proposed solutions by preparing concepts and proofs of concept (PoC).
• Analyze data in relational Oracle databases, data warehouses, and Hadoop/Big Data environments.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and administrators throughout design, testing, and deployment phases.
