Senior Project Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They provide technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years IT experience, including 3 years as Project Manager
• Experience managing ICT projects
• Knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies
• At least one certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM² Agile, or equivalent
• Master's degree
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow
• Experience in Microsoft (SharePoint, Power Platform) and ServiceNow (Custom Applications, EAM, SPM, CSM) projects
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and personal data protection
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Lead medium and large ICT projects through full project lifecycle
• Manage schedule, budget, scope, risks, and quality of solutions
• Collaborate with Project Board, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Coordinate team work utilizing Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile Boards
• Execute projects based on Microsoft technologies (SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and ServiceNow
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Organize and conduct project meetings
• Work onsite 5 days per week at client's office in Warsaw
