Infrastructure Engineer (L1/Shift Lea, French)

• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands, services, user and file management, and crontab
• Familiarity with Windows OS troubleshooting and built-in tools
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Act as Shift Lead on assigned shifts, overseeing daily operational activities and coordinating team priorities
• Support team members in incident and request handling
• Act as primary escalation point for operational matters
• Analyze server performance and ensure system stability
• Build and decommission virtual servers
• Install software and apply patches
• Investigate and resolve backup-related incidents
• Implement changes in collaboration with other technical support teams
