• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or similar role, including working with multiple teams simultaneously
• Understanding of the full SDLC: refinement, development, code review, QA processes, CI/CD, release, and production monitoring
• Comfortable with concepts like technical debt, environments, feature flags, APIs, integrations, and incidents
• Clear and effective communication tailored to developers, Product Owners, and leadership
• Active listening with empathy and ability to hold difficult conversations respectfully
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks benefiting teams and organization
• Data-driven decision making and outcome-oriented mindset
• Fluent in using Jira, Miro, and Notion
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
• Native-level Polish (C2)

• Help teams remove impediments to their progress, whether from process, dependencies, unclear priorities, or tooling, and build transparency so problems become visible early
• Identify bottlenecks and help teams improve the flow of work
• Help teams make realistic delivery forecasts, communicate uncertainty, and surface risks early
• Use metrics deliberately (e.g. flow or DORA metrics) and turn insights into concrete changes in how the teams work
• Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog healthy and split work into smaller, valuable pieces
• Facilitate purposeful and effective events, adapting them when they stop serving the teams
• Maintain high psychological safety, notice tension and conflicts early, and help address them constructively
