AWS AI Developer

The role is situated within Capgemini Invent, which collaborates closely with clients to deliver transformative AI-powered solutions.

• 2–4 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably with AWS exposure
• Practical knowledge of generative AI concepts such as language models (LMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and foundation models
• Basic working knowledge of AWS infrastructure components including AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, Amazon RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and API Gateway
• Solid Python skills, including writing clean code and experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Good English communication skills (C1 level)
• Willingness to grow into architecting generative AI pipelines on AWS
• AWS certification is a plus or willingness to obtain one

• Build and ship generative AI features using AWS-native tooling such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda
• Support the lifecycle of generative AI features including data ingestion, prompt design, testing, deployment, and production monitoring
• Contribute to LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) setups
• Write and refine prompts and work with foundation models via Amazon Bedrock
• Apply production-grade software practices including scalability, security, observability, cost awareness, and responsible AI
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML functionality into APIs, microservices, and business applications
• Stay updated on developments in the AWS generative AI ecosystem and share insights with the team
