• 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics
• 6+ Databricks projects delivered with hands-on development experience
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (deep expertise in at least one)
• Performance and scalability optimization
• Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps, DevOps tools and practices

Nice to have:

• Additional Databricks certifications
• ETL/ELT and Delta Lake
• Big Data, Lakehouse, and Streaming architectures
• Security & Data Governance

• Design scalable Databricks-based data and analytics solutions
• Provide architecture guidance and hands-on technical leadership

• Advise delivery teams on cloud, DevOps, MLOps, security, and governance best practices
