Wymagania
- 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics
- Delivered 6+ Databricks projects with hands-on development experience
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification
- Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with deep expertise in at least one
- Knowledge of performance and scalability optimization
- CI/CD and MLOps knowledge, experience with DevOps tools and practices
Nice to have:
- Additional Databricks certifications
- Experience with ETL/ELT and Delta Lake
- Knowledge of Big Data, Lakehouse, and Streaming architectures
- Understanding of Security & Data Governance

- Design scalable Databricks-based data and analytics solutions
- Provide architecture guidance and hands-on technical leadership
- Support production deployments, performance optimization, and platform scalability
- Advise delivery teams on cloud, DevOps, MLOps, security, and governance best practices
