DevOps Engineer

AXA IT Solutions is an internal software house operating within the international insurance group AXA. It provides IT solutions for AXA companies in Europe and works in English in close-knit teams on international development projects.

• Deep experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Hands-on expertise with OpenShift Clusters (maintenance and building)
• Experience setting up and configuring cloud networking
• At least 3-4 years of DevOps experience using Azure DevOps, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with business partners and non-IT customers
• Experience integrating external and third-party systems
• Understanding of IT security
• Degree or equivalent in IT, Computing, or a similar discipline

Nice to have:

• Azure certification

• Configure and administer Azure DevOps for teams to run agile sprints and deploy secure quality software
• Create and maintain build/release processes using YAML for agile teams across dev/test/production environments both on-premises and in Azure
• Create and deploy secure BICEP code for all infrastructure and configurations within Azure
• Ensure compliance with Azure Security Center and Azure Policy
• Recommend solutions and process improvements adapting to changing requirements and priorities
• Adopt and implement containerization and orchestration platforms
• Provide analysis of system unavailability, poor performance, and impact on customers and staff
• Share knowledge within the project team
• Maintain and build with OpenShift Clusters daily
• Set up and configure cloud networking
• Work with business partners and non-IT customers
• Integrate external and third-party systems
