Java Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company employing over 120 people specializing in creating systems primarily for clients from financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in specialist recruitment mainly through bodyleasing. They execute large, complex projects with millions of daily users and focus on long-term, remote collaboration in small teams with varied seniority.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in backend application development using Java.
• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms and experience with Redis.
• Experience with asynchronous communication systems, specifically Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environment and fundamental cloud principles.
• Experience in automation and environment configuration using Ansible.
• Experience developing applications based on microservice architecture.
• Practical experience with REST API integrations.
• Understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and scalability concepts.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and related technologies.
• Integrate and maintain REST API services.
• Work with asynchronous communication systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Automate and configure environments using Ansible.
• Participate in deployment and maintenance of microservice architecture.
• Collaborate within a scrum framework.

Nice to have:
