IT Compliance Specialist

Toyota Digital HUB & SSC (TME NV/SA) is the employer for this IT Compliance Specialist position. The role is based in Wrocław and involves collaboration with Brussels Head Office. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant IT experience.
• Familiarity with IT processes and understanding of IT controls and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills with auditors, IT&D teams, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving compliance requirements.
• Ability to transfer understanding across different compliance standards.

• Support audit activities by coordinating logistics and documentation, including planning, announcements, evidence collection, access requests, meetings arrangement, and verification/validation of issues.
• Follow up on remediation actions and track progress of identified issues.
• Contribute remediation recommendations for issues found during assessments or audits.
• Support management reporting on audit timelines, open issues, gaps, and risks.
• Assist with implementation, usage, data uploads, integrations, testing, and customization of ITGRC tools.
• Participate in risk assessment activities: organizing assessments, supporting workshops, documenting risks, and following up on countermeasures.
• Create and update IT Compliance documentation such as process documents, training materials, and user guidelines.
• Provide training and support to TME members on compliance requirements and standards.
• Review and analyze new compliance requirements, contribute to gap assessments, and map requirements to existing standards.
• Provide support to affiliates and cross-regional compliance initiatives as needed.
