Regular/Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules
• Understanding of CMDB / Discovery fundamentals
• Experience with platform configuration and customization
• Strong experience as ServiceNow Developer (Senior)
• Solid expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
• Experience designing technical solutions
• Knowledge of integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server)
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• English language skills: B2+/C1 for Regular, C1 for Senior

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of ITIL / Agile
• Scripting and performance optimization skills

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Work with ITOM modules such as: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
• Build workflows, integrations, and automations
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders
• Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements
• Contribute to best practices and code quality standards
