Business Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly with mortgage loans
• Practical knowledge of mortgage processes with emphasis on post-sale processes
• Experience in business analysis using Generative AI tools
• Ability to prepare prompts for LLM tools including AI agents supporting business processes
• Basic experience in testing AI-based solutions and preparing anonymized test data
• Experience creating backlogs, analytical documentation, and working with Agile teams
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools

• Participate in the banking sector process analysis focused on mortgage loans, especially post-sale processes
• Prepare analytical documentation, functional descriptions, and process diagrams
• Create and maintain business backlogs at the epic and user story levels
• Collaborate with development, analytical, and business teams during sprints
• Manage and update project documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Support quality assurance processes and maintain consistency of mortgage products and credit risk assessment solutions
• Conduct information scope analysis of documentation used in mortgage processes with AI tools

Work mode: hybrid, with one day per week onsite in Warsaw
