Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project

People More is a company with a large client base nationally and internationally, developing projects from scratch including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile. They work directly with clients and support their partners' solutions, offering a wide range of projects and the possibility to change. Their team is small and operates in an international environment.

• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Confidence in navigating a CMS and good understanding of content management
• Experience in user support, technical support, or ticket-based environments
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions clearly
• Independence and good organizational skills
• English proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperation
• Very good English and Polish language skills

• Handling user requests related to the portal, CMS, and CAD software
• Analyzing reported issues and assisting users in resolving them
• Navigating the CMS confidently and updating existing content
• Cooperating with the team to investigate and escalate more complex issues
• Using existing materials and instructions when providing support
