Data Scientist / AI Engineer – Generative AI / GCP

The role focuses on transforming conversational data from audio recordings and transcripts into information to support business decisions, utilizing AI/ML tools on Google Cloud.

• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL, including data processing, automation, and advanced large dataset analysis.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries in BigQuery, including JOINs, window functions, and aggregations.
• Experience using Python libraries for data transformation, analysis, and business insights.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and managing vector databases or indexes such as pgvector in Cloud SQL or Vertex Vector Search.
• Ability to define and monitor AI system evaluation metrics, including hallucination frequency, prediction latency, and responsible AI filter performance.
• Strong foundations in statistical analysis, trend analysis on datasets with millions of records, and service usage forecasting.
• Skills in data visualization and presenting analysis results useful for business.
• Ability to explain complex LLM topics to non-technical persons, including differences between pre-training and fine-tuning and between LLMs and traditional ML.
• Experience managing projects for strategic clients, gathering requirements, and defining AI pilot schedules.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Conversational AI platforms used for building agents, supporting consultants, or analyzing conversations.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) enabling efficient solution deployment.
• Understanding of contact center operations and telephone integrations using SIP/RTP.

• Design and implement pipelines for processing large volumes of conversational data using conversation analysis APIs and Cloud Storage.
• Utilize topic modeling and configurable information extraction to identify recurring client issues and business-relevant trends.
• Develop and improve analytical and predictive models analyzing speaker sentiment, query metrics, and consultancy support effectiveness.
• Configure analytical dashboards and export conversational data to BigQuery for advanced SQL analyses.
• Create dashboards presenting key performance indicators.
• Prepare API integrations for production usage, managing request limits, retries with exponential backoff, and latency control.
• Implement data removal or masking of personally identifiable information in transcripts and audio using Cloud DLP API.
• Gather client requirements and schedule pilot AI projects.
• Explain concepts related to Large Language Models and AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
