ESG Regulatory Reporting Specialist (f/m/x)

B2Bnetwork is seeking an experienced specialist for a long-term project focused on ESG and regulatory reporting processes.

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in analytical, process, or reporting roles
• Practical knowledge of ESG
• Experience in ESG or regulatory reporting
• Experience in developing reporting systems or processes
• Experience working with data and process automation
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience cooperating between business and IT teams
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Python, and other tools supporting reporting and data analysis

• Participate in preparing ESG and regulatory reports
• Develop and improve reporting processes
• Work with large datasets and perform analyses for reporting purposes
• Prepare reports in line with regulatory requirements
• Define and document process requirements for future reporting solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate process requirements into system solutions
• Coordinate end-to-end reporting processes
• Participate in UAT tests and dry runs of developed solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various organizational areas
